Returns 

RETURN POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy for full-priced clothing only. All other products are final sale. All online returns must be pre-authorized by emailing us at hello@gumdroptots.com (in-person returns do not need to be pre-authorized via email) and the return package must be postmarked within 14 days after the delivery of your order. If you placed your order online for local pickup you have 14 days from the date your order was placed to return or cancel your order. If more than 14 days have passed unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, garments must be unworn/unused and in the same condition that you received them with the tags on. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable and you will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your return. Your return will only be processed once we receive and inspect the garment(s) you've returned. At that time you will be notified via email of your refund.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size, you'll need to place a new order for the item in the size that you need and return the original garment. Please note that you still must complete your return within the 14-day return window. If you have any sizing questions please let us know before placing your order so that we can help you best select the size you need!

FINAL SALE ITEMS

All sale priced garments are final sale. There will be no refunds or exchanges on sale priced garments. If you have any questions about sizing don't hesitate to reach out to us and we will provide as much information as possible to make sure your purchase is informed! We're happy to help! Full-priced clothing are the only items that are not final sale.

LOCAL PICKUP + ORDERS RETURNED TO SENDER

If you place a local pickup order or if your online order is returned to us because you entered the incorrect address at checkout you have 6 months from the date your order was fulfilled to either pick up your item(s) from our shop or resolve shipping errors with our team. If 6 months have passed and we are unable to contact you about your order then your items will be donated and you will not be refunded.

Shipping

SHIPPING RATE

We only ship within the US and charge a $6.99 flat rate shipping fee. Orders $99+ get free shipping! Your order will ship via USPS or UPS and will always include tracking. We try our best to package and ship orders in ~72 hours. Note that if you place your order Tuesday–Saturday it is likely we will be able to ship quicker than that!

*Gumdrop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local USPS or UPS for help on recovery of packages via your tracking email. 

FULFILLMENT

Once an order has been placed we cannot change the fulfillment method. If you have placed an order and paid for shipping but you would like to pick it up instead, please email us at hello@gumdroptots.com immediately so that we can cancel your original order. If the order has already been processed and shipped, we will not be able to make any changes. You'll then need to place a new order for local pickup.

If you have placed an order for local pickup but you would like to have it shipped instead, please email us at hello@gumdroptots.com immediately so that we can cancel your original order. You'll then need to place a new order and select shipping during checkout. 

Payment

We accept all major credit cards in store and online. We accept Paypal and AfterPay for online transactions. We also accept ApplePay and cash in store. We do not accept checks.
